About your instructor:
Kristen Koski, B.S., M.Ed., NASM
Kristen has been a fitness professional for over 15 years and has trained clients in many specialized programs. She is very involved with the Healing Moves Foundation and shares their passion to help people who are facing health issues.
Kristen is excited to work with breast cancer patients in a nurturing setting, outside of the gym. She feels patients can benefit from, not only the exercise but also from, being surrounded by other people who are going through the same experiences.

It’s more fun to walk, bike or run with a friend!
At the Healing Moves Foundation we offer “Walking Buddies” to encourage patients, seniors or just about anyone to take a stroll or brisk walk through the pathways of a park or through the hallways of a hospital.
Our “buddies” can also include a furry friend! Often these lovable service dogs become the motivating factor to get an inactive person moving again!
